Athlete & Shooter Guide
The district has 48 hours to approve your registration. If no action is taken within 48 hours, your registration will be presumed approved automatically. This presumed approval is valid until 31st July 2026.
For first-time registered athletes whose registration has not been approved by the district within 48 hours, a Provisional Shooter ID will be automatically issued. This provisional ID is valid until 31st July 2026.
Your Shooter ID card becomes fully valid once you attend your first competition and carry all original required documents. Officials from the district or PRSA will verify your documents on-site, after which your Shooter ID card will be fully activated and remain valid for three years from that date.
Once you have completed registration and created your login ID, go to your dashboard. You will find competitions listed district-wise. Select your district, open the relevant competition, and fill in the competition entry form selecting the events you wish to compete in. Submit the form to send it to your district for approval.
Once your competition entry is approved by the district, you will receive an email confirmation. Your Competitor Card will be automatically generated and will appear on your dashboard for download. If the district does not act within 48 hours of the entry deadline, your entry is presumed approved.
If the district disapproves your entry, you will be notified along with the reason for disapproval. You may contact your district association directly for clarification.
After the competition concludes and scores are uploaded by the district, PRSA will automatically generate certificates. These will appear on your dashboard for download. Certificates bear the signatures of the President and Secretary General of your district association only.
District Association Guide
Each affiliated District Rifle Association will be provided with a unique login ID and password by PRSA. On the PRSA Home Page, click the Athlete & District Portal button. On the portal page, click the Login tab, enter your district credentials, and you will be taken directly to the District Dashboard.
From the District Dashboard, authorised district officials can manage athlete registrations, competitions, entries, results, and other district-related activities.
For security purposes, districts may change their password after their first login and at any time thereafter through the District Dashboard.
From the District Dashboard, select Create Competition. Complete the competition form by entering all required details, including:
Once the form is submitted, the competition will automatically become visible on the portal when the registration period opens, allowing eligible athletes to submit their entries online.
Yes. If an error is identified in the uploaded scores, the district can submit a correction request through the District Dashboard. The request must include the competition name, the athlete's details, the incorrect score, and the correct score along with a brief reason for the correction.
Correction requests are reviewed and processed by PRSA. Once approved, the scores will be updated and any affected certificates will be automatically regenerated and re-issued to the athletes' dashboards.
New athlete registration applications from your district will appear on the District Dashboard for review and approval.
Districts are expected to review applications within 48 hours. If no action is taken within this period, the application will be deemed provisionally approved automatically, and a Provisional Shooter ID Card will be issued, valid until 31st July 2026.
If an application is rejected, the district must provide a reason for the rejection.
Athletes holding a Provisional Shooter ID Card must carry their original supporting documents when participating in their first competition. Upon verification of the athlete's details by the district, the Provisional Shooter ID Card will be converted into a Permanent Shooter ID Card.
Athlete competition entries will appear on your dashboard. You may approve or disapprove each entry. Disapprovals require a reason. If no action is taken within 48 hours, the entry is presumed approved and the athlete's Competitor Card is auto-generated.
Once the entry deadline passes, the competition is closed to new entries. No additional entries can be accepted after this point. The district then conducts the competition as planned with the confirmed entry list.
After the competition is conducted, log in to your District Dashboard and upload the final scores using the scores upload section for that competition. Once scores are uploaded, PRSA will automatically process and generate certificates for all participants.
Once PRSA processes the uploaded scores, certificates are automatically generated bearing the signatures of your district's President and Secretary General. These are sent to both the District Portal and directly to each athlete's dashboard, where athletes can download them independently.
